I took my daily 3+ miles walk today and took Sail Away to keep me company. And what extraordinary company that CD is! The music is enchanting and resonates of grace. Use of the mandolin and clarinet was unexpected and set the harmonies apart. When I read the insert I understood why the sound was so rich, so enhanced by the input of so many coming together. "Do not weep by my grave" is special to me as well.

It's been forever! I did have a quick visit with your mom at xmas, and picked up your CD. Love it! Mystical, down to earth, and true - your voice opened up some old memory banks. Also heard the CBC interview with Blake - amazing, haunting, and sad.

May be coming through Seattle the weekend of March 17th and/or 24th. It would be great to have a visit! Send me an email if you can...

I think your new album is absolutely fabulous. I'm gonna purchase it at Itunes as a whole. It is not very usual for me. Normally I just download a couple of songs.
By the way, I found you through CD Baby. They offer much better and longer music samples than Itunes and are very friendly... but... all these delivery time and costs. I just can't wait to enjoy your music.

Well, I've finally got the new website up and running after many long hours of learning HTML/PHP and many other technical things that I didn't really want to learn. But, all of this is possible because we switched to HOSTBABY, the musician's web-hosting counterpart of CDBaby. Great tech support and user-friendly functions for doing what needed to be done. I whole-heartedly recommend moving your musical website to Hostbaby.

Please let us know your thoughts on the new CD and website, especially if you see anything "funny" on the website.

I'm working on automatic show calendar content for Eva's myspace page, so that we only have to maintain one calendar, and also a photo gallery feature to share gig photos. Let me know if you're interested.
